Prescription refills are a signal that I need to reassess the health condition being treated with the prescribed medication. Please follow-up in person for this reassessment and refill of appropriate medications.

Periodic Health Exams (formerly 'Complete Medicals') are a yearly visit recommended to ensure that all of your preventative health screening is up to date.

I advise following up with me after you have any investigations/tests to ensure that no results are missed.
